HALL RENTAL INFORMATION
- Large Hall - Seats 180 with 6ft circular tables-$110 per hour;
- Small Hall including bar/beverage area — Seats 45 with 6ft rectangular tables-$60 per hour;
- 3 hour minimum rental/6 hour maximum rental. Set-up time included at no charge;
- Kitchen (fully equipped) - $50 fee- to bring your own food in, $100 fee-for full use of kitchen/food prep area;
- $250 deposit required for all big hall events; other event deposits are negotiable. The week following the event, the deposit (less charges for cleaning/damage if applicable) will be returned.
- Bartender—$100 event fee, Hall host/sentry-$90 event fee;
- Hall Cleanup - Renters are expected to leave the hall in its original condition/set-up. The renter is responsible for cleaning the tables and floors, and taking out the trash. Otherwise, there will be a $100 cleaning charge and an additional $50 fee if the tables need to be cleaned/reset.
- Only non-alcoholic beverages can be brought in the hall by renters. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Post Bar Manager as required by the Post’s liquor license.
- All other terms will be specified in the renter’s agreement.
